5. Fees and Payment

  • All fees are payable in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

  • Access to paid services will only be granted upon full receipt of payment.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund requests will only be considered if submitted within 7 working days of purchase and before significant course usage.

  • Refunds are not available for completed or partially completed courses.

  • We comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”) where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, videos, documents, and content are owned by or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without prior written consent.

  • Limited personal use is granted for learning purposes only.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your account access or resell training materials.

  • Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

  • Use the platform for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
